• Check-in is November 27, 2024 at 14:00 and check-out is November 30, 2024 at 12:00. Guests who wish to extend their departure time can extend their rooms by paying an additional fee to the registration desk. Assistance will be provided in line with the availability of the hotel.
• Accommodation at Cornelia Diamond Hotel, the congress hotel, is 3 nights and Ultra All Inclusive concept.
• Accommodation at the hotel is for 3 nights and the package price will be applied for less nights.
• Participation in tea and coffee refreshments during the scientific program breaks is included in the accommodation fees.

10% VAT added to accommodation prices.

Accommodation fee must be paid into Euro account. If payment is made in ₺, the difference will be reflected in case of a loss due to exchange rate during account closing.

Participants, companions and company representatives who do not stay in the congress hotels during the congress scientific activities must be charged the external participant difference fee requested by the hotel in addition to the registration fee, since the congress hotel, Cornelia Diamond Hotel, operates with the "ultra all-inclusive" concept.

External Participant Difference;
** Lunch to be held at Cornelia Diamond Hotel, (valid on 27, 28, 29 November 2024)
** Includes the hotel's all-inclusive facilities.

NOTE: Dinner at the hotel is not included.

External Participation Fee covers only the hours within the scientific program. In case of a social activity at the end of the scientific program, participants who do not stay at the congress hotel can participate by paying an additional fee at the registration desk.

Between November 27-30, 2024, the transfers of all participants who have notified their transfers to NETKON company will be made as round-trip (airport-hotel-airport). The two-way group transfer fee is 3.000 ₺. This transfer price is valid for group transfers arriving on November 27, 2024 and returning on November 30, 2024. If you request a transfer outside these dates, the one-way transfer fee will be charged as 1.500₺. Please contact NETKON for specific transfers.

• For payments to be made, the phrase 24015, which is the congress code, must be written in the Receipt description in order to track your payments.
• Along with the payment receipt, your Name-Surname, TR ID number and contact information (for the invoice that will be sent to you at the end of the meeting) must be sent via e-mail and confirmation must be received.

10% late fee will be applied to balances excluding VAT left until after the congress.

• For payments to be made, it is necessary to write the Congress Code 24015 in the statement of the receipt in order to keep track of your payments.
• The payment receipt and your company invoice information (for the invoice to be sent to you at the end of the congress) must be sent to the e-mail address specified below and confirmation must be received.

• For cancellations made until June 1, 2024, the full payment received will be refunded.
• For cancellations made between 1-20 June 2024, 25% of the payment will be refunded.
• There will be no refunds for cancellations made after June 20, 2024.
• All refunds will be made at the end of the congress, based on the account closing agreement.
• If the congress is postponed to 2025 or a different year due to Covid-19 or another global pandemic, or is held virtually, the total amount paid by the company will be deducted from the total sponsorship based on the current prices determined for the congress.
